Ingredients for 5 people:

  • 250g flour
  • 125g soft butter/margarine
  • 125g caster sugar
  • 1/2 lemon zest

 

Instructions

  1. Cream the butter until it becomes almost frothy.

  2. Add eggs and sugar, beat them for 10 minutes.
