
Ingredients -
200 g flour
100 g soft butter (softened)
80 g icing sugar
Zest of one orange
50 g crushed pistachios
1 egg
1 pinch of salt
Instructions -
1 - Preparing the pastry :
In a bowl, mix the softened butter and icing sugar until creamy.
Add the egg and orange zest and mix well.
Add the flour, salt and crushed pistachios.
Mix to form a ball.
2 - Rest:
Wrap the dough in cling film and leave to rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
3 - Cutting and boxing :
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Roll out the pastry on a floured work surface. Cut out shapes using cookie cutters.
Arrange the biscuits on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
4 - Baking :
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the edges are lightly browned.
Leave to cool on a wire rack.

Sprinkle your biscuits with icing sugar before serving for an even more delicious touch.
